1. Scope
Desicor Indústrias S.A., dedicated to the MANUFACTURE AND COMMERCIALIZATION OF WOOD FURNITURE COMPONENTS AND THEIR DERIVATIVES, develops industrial processes based on the responsible use of forest resources and the efficient management of production operations.

Recognizing the responsibilities inherent in its activity and the impact of its operations on relevant stakeholders, Desicor has implemented and maintains an Integrated Management System (IMS) that ensures the effective management of quality, environment, energy, supply chain security, occupational health and safety, and social responsibility.

Desicor's Integrated Management System is aligned with the following benchmarks and requirements:

Desicor also integrates ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) principles into its strategic management, promoting the creation of sustainable value and transparency in its relationship with relevant stakeholders.

Desicor systematically considers the needs and expectations of relevant stakeholders, including customers, employees, suppliers, partners, authorities, and the community, ensuring the creation of sustainable value.

The Integrated Management System constitutes a strategic pillar of Desicor, guaranteeing the continuous improvement of organizational performance, a risk- and opportunity-based approach, and compliance with applicable regulations.

Senior Management ensures leadership and commitment to the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of this Integrated Management System, promoting an organizational culture focused on quality, sustainability, safety, and social responsibility.

2. Principles of the Integrated Management System Policy
Desicor bases its operations on the following principles:

This Policy constitutes the framework for establishing, monitoring, and reviewing the objectives and goals of the Integrated Management System, ensuring alignment between organizational strategy, operational performance, and continuous improvement.

Desicor is committed to continuously improving the effectiveness and performance of its Integrated Management System, ensuring its suitability to the organizational context and the company's strategic direction.

Desicor is committed to ensuring compliance with applicable compliance obligations for its products and services, including legal, regulatory, normative and other requirements to which the organization subscribes.

Senior Management ensures that the Quality Management System is integrated into the organizational strategy and aligned with Desicor's internal and external context, including factors that may influence its ability to achieve the intended results.

Within the scope of its activity, Desicor is committed to:
• Comply with applicable compliance obligations, including legal, regulatory and other subscribed requirements related to its environmental aspects;
• Protecting the environment, including pollution prevention and other specific commitments relevant to Desicor's context, namely reducing solvent consumption, controlling atmospheric emissions and using energy efficiently;
• To use natural resources sustainably, promoting energy efficiency, optimizing consumption, and managing waste properly;
• To identify and evaluate the environmental aspects and impacts of its activities, products, and services, ensuring operational control and mitigation of significant environmental impacts;

9. Energy Management
Desicor recognizes efficient energy management as a strategic factor for business sustainability, competitiveness, and mitigating the environmental and climate impacts associated with its activity.

Senior Management ensures that the Energy Management System (EMS) is integrated into business processes, aligned with the organizational strategy, and compliant with the requirements of ISO 50001 and the Energy Intensive Consumption Management System (EIMS), guaranteeing continuous improvement in energy performance.

In this context, Desicor commits to:
• To ensure continuous improvement in energy performance, including energy efficiency, energy use and consumption;
• Comply with applicable compliance obligations, including legal requirements under the SGCIE and the targets set out in the approved PREn;
• To provide the information and resources needed to achieve energy goals and targets;
• Establish, implement, and review energy objectives, targets, and action plans consistent with energy policy and the PREn (National Energy Strategy).
• To monitor, measure, and analyze significant energy uses, ensuring the maintenance and improvement of energy performance indicators;
• To support the acquisition of energy-efficient products, equipment, and services that impact energy performance;
• Integrate energy performance into the design, modification, renovation, and investment criteria for facilities, processes, and equipment;
• To promote the competence, awareness, and involvement of workers regarding energy efficiency;
• Consider the risks and opportunities that may affect the energy performance and the ability to achieve the intended results of the EMS;
• To contribute to mitigating climate change through the sustained reduction of energy intensity and greenhouse gas emissions associated with energy consumption.

This Policy constitutes the framework for establishing and reviewing energy objectives and is periodically reviewed to ensure its suitability to the context of Desicor, the goals of the PREn, and the environmental and climate commitments undertaken.

10. Security in the Supply Chain
Desicor recognizes Supply Chain Security as a strategic element for protecting its assets, employees and other individuals acting on behalf of Desicor, customers and partners, as well as for the continuity and sustainability of its business.

Senior Management is committed to establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving a Supply Chain Security Management System in accordance with ISO 28000, integrating it with Desicor's other management systems and ensuring a risk- and opportunity-based approach.

In this context, Desicor commits to:

Protection and Integrity of the Logistics Chain
• To protect people, assets, infrastructure, information and the interests of relevant stakeholders;
• To guarantee the integrity, traceability, and security of operations throughout the supply chain;
• To prevent losses, theft, fraud, sabotage, terrorism, cyber threats, and unauthorized access.

Risk and Opportunity Management
• To identify, assess, and address the risks and opportunities associated with supply chain security;
• Implement control measures appropriate to the identified risks;
• To monitor internal and external threats that are likely to affect the security of Desicor and its partners.

Compliance and Stakeholders
• Comply with applicable legal, regulatory and other requirements, including those agreed upon with clients and competent authorities;
• Determine and consider Desicor's context and the needs and expectations of relevant stakeholders.

Preparation and Continuity
• To ensure preparedness and the ability to respond effectively to security incidents and emergency situations;
• To ensure business continuity in the event of a significant supply chain disruption.

Integration and Continuous Improvement
• Integrate security management into the organizational strategy and business processes;
• Establish, review, and monitor security objectives and goals consistent with this Policy;
• To ensure the availability of resources necessary for the system's effectiveness;
• To promote awareness and engagement of workers and partners regarding best practices in supply chain security.
• Continuously improve the effectiveness and performance of the Supply Chain Security Management System.

This Policy constitutes the framework for establishing, reviewing, and monitoring Desicor's security objectives, and is communicated to relevant stakeholders and reviewed periodically to ensure its suitability to the organizational context.

11. Occupational Health and Safety Policy
Desicor recognizes Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) as a fundamental value and an essential pillar for sustainability, social responsibility, and business continuity.

Senior Management is committed to establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving an Occupational Health and Safety Management System, in accordance with ISO 45001, appropriate to the purpose, context, and size of Desicor, integrating it into business processes and organizational strategy.

In this context, Desicor commits to:

Health and Safety Protection
• To provide safe and healthy working conditions, aiming at the prevention of work-related injuries and health problems;
• Eliminate hazards and reduce risks to occupational safety and health by applying the hierarchy of control measures.

Hazard Identification and Risk Management
• To systematically identify hazards, assess risks, and determine opportunities for improvement in the field of occupational safety and health (OSH).
• Assess and address emerging risks, including those associated with climate change, extreme weather events, adverse environmental conditions, operational changes, or other relevant external factors.

Compliance
• Comply with legal and other applicable requirements regarding Occupational Health and Safety;
• To ensure continuous updating in light of legislative and regulatory changes.

Consultation and Participation
• To promote consultation and active participation of workers and, where they exist, their representatives, in all matters related to occupational safety and health;
• To encourage a culture of open communication and reporting of risky situations.

Competence and Preventive Culture
• Develop skills through training, awareness, and promotion of safe behaviors;
• To promote a culture of prevention and shared responsibility at all levels of Desicor.

Performance and Continuous Improvement
• Establish, review, and monitor OHS objectives consistent with this Policy;
• To ensure the consultation and participation of workers in identifying hazards, assessing risks, and defining preventive measures, promoting a safety culture based on shared responsibility;
• Continuously improve the effectiveness and performance of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System.

This Policy constitutes the framework for establishing and reviewing OHS objectives, is communicated to all employees and relevant stakeholders, and is reviewed periodically to ensure its suitability to the organizational context.

12. Human Rights Policy, Social Conditions and Social Responsibility
Desicor integrates Social Responsibility and Business Ethics into its organizational strategy, committing to act responsibly, transparently, and sustainably throughout the entire value chain.

Desicor recognizes respect for Human Rights, the promotion of decent working conditions, integrity in business, and responsibility in the supply chain as fundamental principles of its operations, in alignment with:

Legal and Regulatory Compliance

Desicor promotes a safe and healthy work environment, and performing duties under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not permitted.

Desicor is committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment, preventing accidents and occupational diseases, in line with the principles of ISO 45001 and customer requirements, as per item 11.

Ethics, Integrity and Anti-Corruption
Desicor conducts its business with high standards of ethics and integrity, adopting a zero-tolerance policy towards:
• Bribery and corruption;
• Undeclared conflicts of interest;
• Fraud or unfair business practices;
• Unfair offers or advantages.

Desicor provides confidential and secure mechanisms for reporting or denouncing irregularities, ensuring that workers and other stakeholders can report concerns transparently and without fear of retaliation.

All communications are treated confidentially and analyzed impartially, and appropriate measures are taken whenever necessary.

Social Responsibility and Supply Chain
Desicor promotes a responsible supply chain, ensuring that its suppliers and partners operate in accordance with internationally recognized ethical, social, and environmental principles.

Desicor requires its suppliers and partners to comply with principles equivalent to those defined in this Policy.

Desicor is committed to:
• Use wood and wood-derived materials from legal and responsible sources, ensuring that no materials of illegal or controversial origin are used, in accordance with FSC® requirements and applicable legislation.
• Assess and monitor social and ethical risks in the supply chain;
• Include social responsibility requirements in supplier qualification and evaluation processes;
• Conduct audits or assessments whenever applicable;
• To promote the continuous improvement of its partners' practices.
• Regularly evaluate Desicor's social and ethical performance;
• Implement corrective actions when necessary;
• Continuously improve its management systems and social responsibility practices.

13. Monitoring and Continuous Improvement
Desicor regularly monitors the performance of its Integrated Management System through targets, performance indicators, internal audits, and management review, promoting the continuous improvement of its management practices.

This Policy is communicated, understood, and applied at all levels of the organization, with awareness and training initiatives promoted to ensure its knowledge and application by employees.

The Policy is maintained as documented information and made available to relevant stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and external entities, through appropriate communication channels.

Desicor is committed to integrating principles of environmental sustainability, social responsibility, and good governance (ESG) into its decisions and activities, promoting the creation of sustainable value for customers, employees, partners, and the community.

Compliance with this Policy is mandatory for all Employees and for all persons acting on behalf of Desicor.

Failure to comply with the principles and requirements set forth herein may result in disciplinary measures, in accordance with applicable legislation and internal regulations, and may, in serious situations, lead to termination of the employment relationship.

This Policy is reviewed periodically to ensure its suitability to the organizational context and strategy of Desicor.

Desicor requires its suppliers and partners to comply with principles equivalent to those defined in this policy.

Desicor promotes the active involvement of its employees and encourages their participation in the continuous improvement of processes, the performance of the Integrated Management System, and the achievement of organizational objectives.

The implementation of this Policy is ensured through Desicor's Integrated Management System, supported by defined processes, objectives and performance indicators, improvement plans, internal audits and periodic analysis by Senior Management.
